Students will love exploring Ballet, Jazz, and Musical Theatre each week with our professional dance instructors & choreographers!  We'll start with warmups, stretches, isolations, dance terminology, across the floor progressions to boost technique, and learn fun dance combinations each week!  We'll also play games that instill rhythm, spatial awareness, confidence, and focus.  Put it all together while you work on amazing dance numbers for our big spring dance recital!  

Traditionally this is a popular class at Bolton.  Class size can be up to 15 students with 1 instructor.

Enrollment in all Forefront classes at Bolton also entitle students to participate in various Forefront Arts community events (Parent Night Out, Talent Show, Holiday Parade, etc)

BOLTON HIP HOP

High Energy and FUN active dance class for guys & girls, culminating in a dance recital!

Boost your confidence onstage while focusing on your rhythm & dance skills!  Hip Hop Club / Jr Hip Hop Club features fun warmups, physical challenges, dance technique, and performances of fun (and age appropriate) hip hop dance routines! All levels of dance experience are welcome to join the fun. Throughout the year the class will learn various dance numbers, culminating in a Dance Recital!

2024-2025 ENROLLMENT, TUITION, & PERFORMANCE DETAILS

Annual Registration & Membership Fee ~ $35
A single registration fee covers all Bolton dance & drama programs for the school year!  This fee covers your child's insurance to participate in our programs as well as administrative expenses associated with processing & confirming your registration, class newsletters, and periodic special programs offered to the entire Forefront community.

 We offer 3 tuition payment options for classes at Bolton: pay in-full upfront for a discount, 
split tuition into 2 semesterly installments, or split tuition into 10 monthly installments.

1 hour class tuition:
$825 upfront (Save $100! Paid at registration) 
$445 x 2 semesters (Fall pd at registration, Spring pd January 1st)
$92.50 x 10 monthly installments (Pd at reg, Sept - Dec for Fall and Jan-May for Spring)

1.5 hour class tuition:
$969 upfront (Save $120! Paid at registration) 
$497 x 2 semesters (Fall pd at registration, Spring pd January 1st)
$109 x 10 monthly installments (Pd at reg, Sept - Dec for Fall and Jan-May for Spring)

Additional classes ~~ 35% discount!
$468 upfront (Paid at registration) 
$289 x 2 semesters (Fall pd at registration, Spring pd January 1st)
$60 x 10 monthly installments (Pd at reg, Sept - Dec for Fall and Jan-May for Spring)

Enrollment Details: Bolton classes are a 1-semester commitment except for Drama Club which is a year-long commitment due to the nature of rehearsing a full-scale show.  Fall enrollment automatically carries over to the Spring semester unless you select the Semester-Enrollment option and provide written notice of withdrawal by emailing Register@ForefrontArts.com by 11/30/2024.  Withdrawal will take place between semesters. Your child's spot in the various Bolton dance & jr drama programs is reserved for the year unless you choose to withdraw from spring semester by 11/30/2024.

Enrolled dance & drama families are required to have a card on file in our secure studio software for automatic billing purposes.  Tuition Installments or any class fees will be automatically charged to that card.  You can update the card on file at any time.  

DRAMA PERFORMANCE SUPPLY FEE – due October 2024
Participation in the musical performances (both High School Musical and Lion King revues) is expected of all students enrolled in Drama or Jr Drama. A $75 Drama Performance Supply Fee (processed 10/15/24) helps us cover all of the performance expenses for the WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER show in February which are not included in class tuition such as venue rental, event insurance, security, sets, costume pieces, props, scripts, show programs, keepsake HSM cast tshirt, keepsake HSM cast Showbear, and keepsake cast video. Spring Showcase performance expenses (where the kids will perform their Lion King revue) is already included in your class tuition so there is no additional charge for performing in the May show. 

SPRING SHOWCASE RECITAL – May 2025
Participation in the Spring Showcase recital is expected of all students enrolled in Drama, Dance, or Hip Hop.  Recital expenses are included in your Drama, Dance or HipHop class tuition including venue, event insurance, security, recital programs, recital tshirt, and keepsake recital video.

COMMUNITY EVENTS:
Enrollment in all Forefront classes at Bolton also entitle students to participate in various Forefront Arts community events (Parent Night Out, Talent Show, Holiday Parade, etc)

INSTALLMENT PLANS EXPLAINED:
The total cost for the year can be evenly split into installments for convenience & affordability.  All installment plans must be paid in full by May 1, 2025, and all accounts must be up-to-date for students to attend class or participate in performances or events.  For monthly installments you will pay the same whether your class meets 3, 4, or 5 times that month because you are not paying for those specific weeks in the month, but rather a straight installment plan for the total semester or year.  Enrollment is not month-to-month.  If selecting an installment option families are committing to paying the full amount for the program (Full-year commitment for Drama Club or 1 semester commitment for all other classes) simply split up into smaller monthly or semester payments.
