Example: Johnny enrolls in 6 weeks of camp on 1 registration form and enters SUPERSIX in the Special Code Box on the registration form. We'll refund the tuition for 1 of Johnny's camp spots back to you within 7 days! 

Another Example: Johnny, Sally, and Thomas (all siblings) enroll in 2 weeks of camp. They all register the same day and enter SUPERSIXFAMILY in the Special Code box on each registration form.  Between the 3 kids your family has enrolled in 6 camp spots so we'll refund the tuition for 1 of your family's camp spots back to you within 7 days! 

**Special Terms:
~ Camp Registrations with this promotion are non-cancellable. The usual May 1st cancellation deadline does not apply because of this promotion. 
~ All registrations with this promotion are final but spots can be transferred to other camp weeks for the same child, just not canceled completely for refund or credit.
~ This offer cannot be applied retroactively on previously submitted registrations or if campers want to add additional weeks later. 
~Family promo applies to immediate family (siblings with the same parents who live at the same address)

SUMMER ENROLLMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
We understand that sometimes your plans will change and you'll need to adjust your camp schedule. Please note that your summer camp enrollment is non-cancellable and non-refundable after May 1, as noted in the camp terms and conditions signed upon enrollment. 

Camp enrollments may be Cancelled before May 1 by filling out the Summer 2024 Cancellation Request Form  and will receive a full refund, less the credit card fee and a $50 administrative fee per camp spot.  

Camp enrollments may be Transferred to a different camp week or location for a $25 transfer fee up to 2 weeks out by filling out the  Summer 2024 Transfer Request Form.  If space is available we will process & confirm your transfer request. No adjustments of any kind can be made to your enrollment within 7 days of your original camp start date.

Summer Stock registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to the nature of the Summer Stock program. Summer Stock registrations cannot be transferred to another program and performers must be available to attend all 8 days of the rehearsal process in their entirety.  If your student is not able to use his purchased Summer Stock spot we have the option to sponsor another sudent to participate in your child's spot.

All camp registrations associated with the SUPERSIX promotion & refund are non-cancellable once we have refunded your 6th camp week's tuition. 

We have a “Pay It Forward” program where you can sponsor another child in your student's spot if they are not able to participate and a cancellation or transfer option is not available.  We love offering this option because we know that sometimes your summer plans may change and this allows you to bless another child who is on a waitlist for a camp sponsor once all of our Camp Scholarships have been assigned.

CAMP TIMES & EXTENDED CARE
HALF-DAY CAMPS – Preschool Camps (ages 3-5 only) run 9am-1pm daily, except for Show Day / Friday when the campers will stay all day through the performance. (9-1 M-Th, and 9-3 Fri). Half-Day campers may enroll in Early Drop Off to arrive as early as 8 am, but they must be picked up at 1 pm daily. No afternoon Aftercare is offered for Half-Day campers.

FULL-DAY CAMPS – All regular camps (ages 5 and up) run 9am-3pm daily. Show Day times may vary slightly, based on when your camp performance is (camp shows are staggered on Friday afternoons).  In general, plan 9am-3 pm M-F. Full-Day campers may enroll in Early Drop Off to arrive as early as 8 am, and Aftercare to stay as late as 6 pm.

5-DAY CAMP WEEKS:
EARLY DROP OFF – starts at 8 am. $10/day or $40/week. 

AFTERCARE – 3-6 pm.  $25/day or $75/week.  No aftercare on Fridays/Show Day.

BOTH EARLY DROP OFF & AFTERCARE – $100/week.

LATE PICKUP FEE:  $1/minute after 6 pm.

4-DAY CAMP WEEKS: 

EARLY DROP OFF – starts at 8 am. $10/day or $30/week. 

AFTERCARE – 3-6 pm.  $25/day or $50/week.  No aftercare on Fridays/Show Day.

BOTH EARLY DROP OFF & AFTERCARE –$75/week.
