CLASS ENROLLMENT & TUITION POLICIES

Forefront Arts theatre classes are designed to run for the school year, August 2019-May 2020, with technique and instruction building on the previous lessons, and culminating in the Spring Showcase in May 2020.  Enrollment in a Forefront Arts class is for the entire school year, with all students expected to perform in any in-class performances scheduled throughout the year, as well as the culminating Forefront Arts Spring Showcase in May 2020.

Students enrolled in a *class only* (Elementary/Intermediate I and II Theatre Skills, Improv Ensemble, Songs & Scenes, Dance for Musical Theatre, Show Choir, Scene Study, etc) are enrolling for 1 Semester, at a minimum. They may withdraw between semesters, with written notice emailed to "Register@ForefrontArts.com" or "info@ForefrontArts.com" by December 1, 2019. They will complete the fall semester and withdraw over Christmas Break. If no written notice of withdrawal is received by December 1, 2019,  class students will automatically continue in their classes through May 2020, and families will be responsible for class tuition through May 2020.   No withdrawals from a spring class will be accepted after the withdrawal deadline of December 1, 2019.  This withdrawal policy is listed and agreed to by each family enrolling in 2019-2020 classes on their registration form, and no exceptions to this policy are possible, except for cases of a family moving out of state, extreme illness, or extreme financial difficulty.  In those cases, a partial refund or credit may be offered, with at least 30 days notice.

Students enrolled in a *show* (Young Actors Ensemble, FATE, JTF Troupe, Musical Theatre Performance, or Drama Club) may NOT withdraw mid-year at any point.  Their enrollment commitment is for the entire season August - May and they are expected to perform with their casts in all performances, including the culminating Spring Showcase.  This includes any student enrolled in a school Drama Club or Musical Theatre Performance, Young Actors Ensemble, FATE, or the JTF Troupe.   If selecting a monthly payment plan, show families are committing to pay the monthly tuition amount through May 2020, regardless of participation. This withdrawal policy is listed and agreed to by each family enrolling in a 2019-2020 show on their registration form/performance contract, and no exceptions to this policy are possible.

The School Drama Club commitment is for the school year August through May.  By enrolling in a Drama Club, members commit to participate for the entire season, through Spring Showcase. If selecting a monthly payment plan for the Drama Club, families are committing to pay the monthly tuition amount through May 2020, regardless of participation.  This withdrawal policy is listed and agreed to by each family enrolling in a 2019-2020 show on their registration form/performance contract, and no exceptions to this policy are possible.

The School Songs & Scenes commitment is considered a "class", and members may withdraw with written notice submitted to "Register@ForefrontArts.com" by December 1, 2019.  If no written notice of withdrawal is received by December 1, 2019,  Songs & Scenes students will automatically continue in their classes through May 2020, and families will be responsible for class tuition through May 2020.   No withdrawals from a Songs & Scenes class will be accepted after the withdrawal deadline of December 1, 2019.
