Camper Covid-19 Guidelines
(updated Feb 1, 2022)

Safety and health are a top priority for us and we want all of our camp families to feel confident in their decision to participate in our in-person programs this summer, if they choose to do so.  At all times, but especially during this season, we all need to take steps to protect our health and the health of those with whom we come in contact. We are constantly monitoring public health pronouncements of various agencies and media sources and will be updating any safety guidelines and requirements as new information is shared by our local and federal leadership.

Below is a list of the current protocols and guidelines we are planning to follow for summer 2022 in-person programs.

Please call or email our office staff BEFORE REGISTERING FOR CAMP if you have any questions about participation in our activities, any special needs or medical conditions we should discuss, or any general questions about the guidelines and safety requirements.

Summer 2022 Activity Health & Safety Protocol:

As of February 2022 we plan to follow these camper safety guidelines:

~Campers will be dropped off and picked up outside the facility.

~Campers (and staff) may wear masks if they choose to, but are not required to wear masks.

~Please do not attend camp if you are not feeling well.  Anyone who becomes ill while at camp will be sent home.

~Camp groups will be kept smaller than normal to allow for physical distancing indoors and outdoors.

~Campers will bring all of their own food & water from home.

~Campers will do hand washing/hand sanitizing throughout the day.

~Our staff will sanitize commonly touched surfaces throughout the day.

~We will utilize spreading out with outside play as much as possible for our big active games!

~All camp activities have been tweaked to ensure kids can have a great time and be safe!

~Our performing arts camps are very active - similar to a sports camp in many ways.  Camp activities will be held outside as much as possible, but our class sizes are also reduced this year to ensure physical distancing in all activities held inside as well.

~Campers will bring all of their own food & water from home.

~Campers may wear masks if they choose to, but they are not required to wear masks.  We believe parents should make the best decision for their child's health, including the use of face coverings, in consultation with their doctor.
